2001, Justin Eschbacher joined GR Eschbacher in
practicing law in the state of Alaska. Justin graduated
magna cum laude from his law school class in year
2000. Since coming into the practice, Justin has
done numerous trials involving family law, as well
as practice before the Alaska Supreme Court.
Justin
clerked for a Superior Court Judge in 2000. In his
practice before the trial court, Justin has handled
contested divorces, cases involving domestic violence,
contested issues of property and child support,
as well as representation of individuals who have
been defrauded in real estate transactions, automobile
pourchases, and like matters. He has also participated
in the representation of clients who have suffered
personal injury as a result of motor vehicle accidents.
