Gary Eschbacher has been practicing law in the State of Alaska for over 25 years. Gary is one of the foremost leading authorities and respected members of the Bar Association and in the practice of domestic relations, tortious litigation, and other areas. Gary Eschbacher has litigated before the Alaska Supreme Court some of the most influential and ground breaking cases, and he was recently mentioned in the show Montel Williams.

He is authorized to practice in both State and Federal Courts. He has tried cases in Anchorage, Palmer, Seward, Kenai,Homer, Cordova, Juneau, Petersburg, Sitka, Valdez, Nome, Kotzebue, and Barrow. He is experienced in representing both custodial and non-custodial parents, securing equitable property divisions, and if the circumstances warrant, alimony awards, as well as determinations affecting legal custody and custodial placement.

Gary Eschbacher has represented numerous plaintiffs successfully in personal injury actions for damages. These cases range from simple assault and battery, automobile accidents, slip and fall, actions against public entities, including the State of Alaska, Municiplaity of Anchorage, as well as hospitals for injury inflicted upon plaintiffs.
