  1. Pattee v. Pattee 744 P.2d 658 (Alaska 1987)
    GR Eschbacher also successfully represented the plaintiff wife against a husband who attempted to defraud her by selling marital assets and attempting to avoid the payment of child support.
  2. McQuade v. McQuade 901 P.2d 421(Alaska 1995)
    GR Eschbacher is also experienced in representing parents who wish to relocate from the State of Alaska with their minor children. This is an important issue in a society which is very mobile.
